Micah was very professional and upfront up until the very end where it mattered most. I was interested in the 2019 Camaro ss he answered all my questions and gave me his cell, I visited him and saw the car and we agreed on a price and then we scheduled a inspection at a shop and I even made a cashiers check and was going to buy it right after the inspection. Inspection day came and 30 minutes before I followed up then he says it must be rescheduled when is asked why and when he would like to reschedule he then ghosted me and removed the vehicle from market place. Him selling it elsewhere is fine what isn’t fine is him not being honest and letting me know he sold it elsewhere even after I told him I pulled a cashiers check the day before. A simple “Thank you for your time, but I sold it to somebody else” would have been completely fine, but no he thinks ghosting someone who pulled out a check would be better.

Terrible service from Micah. He said I wasted his time after I told him I’d pass on the deal. This shop has less than 2 stars on yelp and that is the reason I passed. I think the 2 stars is fitting based on the tone and conversation I had with Micah. Obviously he is a rookie when it comes to conducting a business.

View on GoogleI purchased a salvage title 2018 Ford Flex from Sam at C&A Auto Care. Overall, the experience was good, the vehicle runs well and I expect it to continue to. Sam delivered the vehicle to Grand Rapids from Dearborn (for a fee), which was nice. However, in the ad for the vehicle and in discussion with Sam I was told all facets of the vehicle were in good working order. When I took delivery of the vehicle, I found that the Sun Roof was not functional, nor were the interior lights by the rearview mirror. I messaged Sam, he said he would look into it. It's been two weeks and change with some intermittent response from C&A, but no clear direction or offer to help, I'm getting the impression they will not be helping cover costs for this undisclosed issue. I'm disappointed because other than this issue the transaction went very well. I'd recommend C&A, but would also have to recommend you have your own mechanic thoroughly review any salvage vehicle you intend to buy to make sure it's in the condition the listing says it's in.
