I wish I could leave even less than a one star. If Frank is your service writer. Turn around immediately. No empathy for the fact that he messed up searching for my warranty, no empathy for the fact he made me drive up there for an appointment with my nail in the tire only for the tire not to be there. Now I have to get it towed because I wasted my time going back and forth with this company. I wish I could've gotten an apology for how the situation was handled. He never apologized he only got deeper inside his ego even though he was wrong about the warranty and didn't look deeper into my account. I am so upset with this place. I will never come here again. I'm sending this review as a warning to others to never come either.

I can't say enough about the great service I received at this Belle Tire this week!! My car was towed in with a huge nail and it seemed like the tire was a loss. instead the gentleman working on my car found a second nail and patched them both. From the Technician in the front to the Mechanic working in the back (named Reginald and Zavier), I received great service with a smile! Highly recommend.

I am so grateful to this shop with helping us out in a very tough spot. We were driving from Toronto to Chicago and smoked a pothole. Had our wheel blown off and they took us in at short notice on NYE and fixed us up within an hour, at no cost. Thank you very much! Would highly recommend for their professionalism and level of care.
