I had such a great experience with this mechanical shop and I really want to share how thankful I am for their service. I brought in my 2020 Ford Escape today after dealing with ongoing issues and stress, and from the very beginning they were professional, honest, and extremely helpful. They took the time to listen to what was going on with my car, didn’t rush me, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and even made sure everything was double-checked before giving the car back to me. Thank you again for taking such good care of my vehicle and giving me peace of mind!

I recently had my car serviced at this auto shop. Overall, my experience was fairly positive. The team there seems trustworthy and genuinely interested in ensuring that customers return rather than making them a one-time visit. However, the process took a bit longer than I had hoped. Although I am familiar with auto repairs and parts, I can see how someone who isn't might feel overwhelmed or unsure about the quality of the parts being used. While the shop does offer higher quality options, it seems like you'd have to specifically ask for them. One thing to note is that they were shorthanded during my visit, but they really tried to complete the process as quickly as possible. Given that they were short on staff, I understood the length of time it took. That said, I appreciate that they do try their best, which isn't always reflective of other auto shops. Many shops would rather just do minor work or use cheap aftermarket parts to get the job done, often ignoring the safety of the individual coming in for repairs. On the plus side, they have a private restroom, complimentary water and coffee, and a mini arcade to keep you occupied during your wait. All in all, I believe they provide a decent service and do their utmost to make sure you leave satisfied and wanting to return for future needs.

I had a difficult experience with Beech Monroe Auto Service but they have since worked to resolve the situation. On October 14, 2025, I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in for a temperature gauge issue. The shop initially told me I needed a thermostat, water pump, and radiator flush for $2,500. They processed the payment through American First Finance but mistakenly charged $3,000. After several follow-ups and some complications — including a bounced refund check — they eventually issued the correct refund via Zelle. While the repairs initially caused some ongoing issues with my heat and check engine light, Beech Monroe Automotive worked with me to provide a refund of $779.99 to resolve the matter. I appreciate their effort to make things right, although the process was stressful and required time and follow-up on my part. I’m sharing this to caution others to double-check invoices, financing, and get everything in writing. Even when issues arise, it’s possible for the shop to take steps toward resolution.
