PLEASE READ! Back in October of 2025 I was involved in a minor collision with my Kia soul. I was hit on my front passenger side and so my vehicle was taken here after I dropped it off with the dealership and went through my insurance. First of all I brushed off some things while my car was being fixed. First off these people are horrible with communication. I can’t tell you how many times I called these people while my car was here for updates. The reason I had to call so many times was because they said they would call my back with important updates, and guess what I never received a call. So I was the only side actually communicating. Second of all I was stranded to walk back and forth to work because they refused to give me a lonar car at first because my car “was going to be done soon” (it was not). I was told my car would be done on a Friday (it was Wednesday) and so Friday night came and not a single call. So I had to wait the weekend and called Monday just to find out my car would take another week and only after me getting frustrated they gave me a lonar car. Third of all, this one could be me but that’s up to you. I’m on the younger side and I can confidently say that these people where not treating me with the same respect they may treat an older person. They were shady and rude. Okay now to my final thing. I got my car back in late November and to be honest with you I was very happy with the results my car was fixed and I thought that was that and I just brushed how I was treated aside and moved on. That brings us to current day. The last two weeks my car has been giving me an overheating warning but only after sitting in a idle mode. My car is a 2025 and has below 20,000 miles on it, aka it should not be overheating. I took it to the dealership last week and they couldn’t find anything so I just sat on it. And it didn’t happen again until this Tuesday, so as anyone would do I took it back to the dealer on Wednesday morning. Turns out that the fan that this collision center replaced in my car was never even plugged in. I’ve been driving around for months without a fan being on! So after all that of them not communicating, being rude to me, lying, being shaddy, they also have sloppy work! I do not recommend taking your car here, especially if you are young because they probably will try to take advantage of you too. I think the name of the lady I worked with was Brooke. If I could give this place a zero I would. Very upset and disappointed.

The manager is super helpful. Quality of work was good as well as overall time to complete repairs. Probably my only complaint is that as a 6'2" man, it was bothersome to have to squeeze into the little Jeep Compass they were able to offer me as a loaner.

Great place. Good staff. Good service. Rental car was nice. Kept me informed about how long the repairs would take.

Had a complex collision claim because of insurance company communication issues. Walled Lake Collision now LaFontaine Subaru Collision went above and beyond patiently dealing with my insurance company. Did great work getting my Subaru in like new condition. All their staff were very understanding, helpful and communicated well throughout the repair process.
