This is the most honest garage I've ever experienced. I would recommend them everyone! Paul and Julie really care about their customers AND IT SHOWS! I will be a customer for life!

I have bought tires here, and I have had them do routine maintenance on my vehicles, but after my most recent experience, I'll never let them touch one of my vehicles ever again! I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee here Thursday afternoon to have the wheels balanced and rotated, and I asked them to check the alignment. I had to leave the vehicle with them overnight because I was told they needed more time to correct the alignment. On Friday afternoon, they called me and said your vehicle is all set. I picked it up, and by the time I got it back to my house, I could hear something clunking around in the front end, and my steering wheel was not straight at all. I jacked up the front end to investigate and realized the lower control arm was loose. I called them and they said we are very sorry please bring it back. I had to leave the vehicle overnight again. Saturday afternoon, they called and said we have tried to fix the alignment literally twelve times and had three different techs look at it, and we can't figure out how to fix it. They suggested taking it to a collision shop to make sure the frame wasn't bent, which didn't make any sense to me. As I drove home this time, the steering wheel was not straight at all, and a light came on saying to service the electronic stability control. See attached pics. Monday morning, I dropped my vehicle off at a different shop and explained what had happened. They found that the lower control arms on both sides had been moved to the outer most position, and we're not properly torqued. They corrected this and aligned everything properly. The frame was not bent, and luckily, no parts were damaged. The vehicle now drives straight down the road again with no issues. It cost me $224 to fix what Alltire screwed up. Save yourself the headache and take your car to someone that knows what they are doing.

This past jan i went there for tirse. Feb i did my frontbrakes and my lugs were put on so tight i used a 6 ft breaker bar and a floor jack to break them free. After that i went up there and spoke with them about it. I wasnt looking to get anything out of them just to have them be aware. They admitted responsability and appoligized. Fast forwardto december my wife gets a nail in her rear tire and i try everything but the lugs wont budge. So we go back to all tire. This time they take no responsability and say the lugs coroded on. They charge 200 to cut of a couple lugs. I then take the jeep to firestone in wixom where the manager is a friend i trust. They takecareof removing the lugs on the other wheels and replacing them for 20. Then the tech and manager both told me that was bs about them being coroded and they just didnt want to admit their mistaks. Ive spent thousands on tires here over the last 10 years but now ill drive a little further to not be ripped off again.

The ENTIRE staff at All Tire in Union Lake is fabulous. We took our Durango in for tires, and while there they noticed a few other items that needed to addressed. Tom & his “Crew” were super helpful and informative, as well as timely with the work. All Tire will be getting our business again as well as recommendations to family & friends. P.S. WE received a thank you gift from them a week later 😊 truly flawless customer service!!
