The Auto Lounge- Auto Repair Shop in Commerce Township

This may be the best experience that I have ever had with a mechanic shop. Not only does this place have cutting edge technology and great service it also looks awesome. They have various unique cars on display. Custom BMW, Porsches, etc. The service was awesome and I will keep coming back… even though I usually fix my own cars. This place is trustworthy and just great place to go for car advice and the every now and then job that you can’t handle without buying special tools

I recently took my BMW to Auto Lounge for a major round of service and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. They kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust with a BMW, but Auto Lounge absolutely earned my confidence. The car now runs smoother, quieter, and feels better than it has in a long time. Had a great experience at the Auto Lounge. Brought in my 2015 Audi A6 for suspension work and made it clear I wanted to fix what needed to be fixed, but not spend a lot due to the age of the car. John worked with me and was very honest about what needed to be done and what could wait or be skipped. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the car is now running great. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic! I highly recommend The Auto Lounge! I’ve always taken my Mercedes to the Mercedes dealership previously but the dealership couldn’t figure out the electrical issue I was still having after taking it there twice. Someone recommended the auto lounge to me and so I took my car there. They were able to pin point the electrical issue and fix it. My car is finally fixed and I couldn’t be happier! Phenomenal service and people. Will definitely continue to take my car here from now on!

The work was done quickly and done right the first time. My car runs better than it has in years. Pricing was fair and transparent, and the shop itself was clean and well-organized. It’s rare to find a place you can truly trust with your vehicle, but I found it here. Hands down the best auto shop in the area — I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.
