Our experience using Paul's Automotive was not good. Took our Ford Focus there to get a passenger side hub/control arm replaced and wheel alignment. When we went to pick up the car, the entire dash board and infotainment was dead. First they said it was like that when we brought it there, now they say it happened by chance sitting in the lot waiting for me to pick it up. The car is in worst shape now then when we took it there. i see other posts on here that say their car was damaged while at Paul's and they would not own it.

Indeed a special place. Have been taking my 79 vette to Paul and most recently for a new suspension. Done in 2 days and when I got the car back he had also bled the brakes, adjusted the idle along with others. The car just feels and drives like someone who loves cars really took time to make everything right. Defiantly going back.

I used Paul’s Automotive couple times already for my two cars (Ford & Honda). They performed fluid and brake changes on my car(s). One time I had a small vibration issue and Paul took care of it right away under warranty. Great and most important honest shop with very fair prices and top notch warranty. Go to an independent shop like Paul’s Automotive and not to the big dealer service chains. Highly recommend them!
