⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish! Moe and Mike at the Collision Shop in Clinton Twp were absolutely amazing. They went ✨above and beyond✨ while navigating the uphill battle of dealing with our terrible insurance company (and I feel awful they’re still stuck dealing with them—even after releasing the car to us!). They stayed patient and kind — at least with us — but they were firm and fought hard for us against a horrible insurance company that for the lack of a better word — screws over both the customer and the collision shop. Despite all the delays and red tape, they never lost their professionalism or compassion for us—keeping us updated the whole way. ☺️ They turned our car — which was a literal wreck — into something that looks literally brand new. Their attention to detail and genuine pride in their work truly shows in the finished product. They’re honest, fair, and clearly put their customers first before anything else. If you’re looking for a shop that’s not only skilled but also caring and trustworthy, this is the place. I can’t thank Moe, Mike & everyone at TCS enough for everything they did for us! The Collision Shop is hands down the best in Michigan! After being involved in a 20-car pileup on I-96, I needed more than just repairs. I needed people I could trust during one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever been in. Moe and Mike delivered on every level. Their leadership sets the tone for how the entire operation runs…and that’s with professionalism, integrity and full transparency from start to finish! My car was repaired quickly and the communication throughout the process was excellent! If you need collision work done right, don’t hesitate. This is the shop. P.S. — To all my ladies out there: as a woman, I want you to know this is a place where you will be treated with respect and taken seriously. I can’t say enough great things about this shop! After being without my car for a month while they worked on it, I finally got it back, & it looks BRAND NEW. They exceeded my expectations in every way—not only did they take incredible care of my car, but they also treated me so well as a customer. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and made the entire process so much less stressful. The repairs were done beautifully — my Traverse looks brand new again! The Collision Shop was recommended to me by a neighbor and it proved to be a great experience. I worked with Moe, who was professional while being personable and customer service oriented. He maintained consistent communication and kept me abreast of my car repair progress and ETA. The driver side front end was terribly damaged, but looking at my car you would never know. Better still - they returned my car to me freshly DETAILED!! What a fabulous and unexpected surprise! I definitely recommend this body shop for your car repairs.
