I haven't had work here yet, But I called to ask a quick question regarding my Mustang GT and talked to Shawn. What a COOL guy!! Gave me some great ideas for my GT. A pleasure to deal with! When I need work, he's the guy.

DO NOT GO HERE! Spend the extra money at an actual performance shop if you’re not getting extremely simple work done. I don’t normally write reviews but this is well deserved. I had this shop work on my 2008 corvette in for a harmonic balancer replacement, it was starting to wobble and wanted to get it done before it went bad. Car has 17k miles and had no previous issues prior to dropping off. He replaced the balancer in a couple days. Told me the car was ready and good to go. I came to pick up the car and the balancer was rubbing against a power steering hose and almost ate through it. The car had a low oil message (oil change was done recently before dropping it off, less than 3k miles ago), and the balancer was wobbling worse than before. He claimed the balancer that was replaced from ATI (a known reputable company on the higher end of performance parts) was machined incorrectly, ATI and summit racing when contacted both said they have never heard of this issue but would send me a new one for him to replace if he believed that to be the issue. I agreed to have Shawn replace the harmonic balancer again. When coming to drop off the balancer the underside of the car was covered in oil (explains the low message, which was not previously there). The car was also spotless underneath with no signs of leaking. Not a single drop on my garage floor prior to dropping off and I’ve been under the car a lot. He acted as though he didn’t even see it when the car is literally dripping oil. He avoided blame and said it was the rear seal or oil pan gasket. After replacing the harmonic balancer again the oil leak seemed to have magically disappeared. Probably because it was coming from the crank seal where he did his work on the harmonic balancer. The harmonic balancer still wobbles more than it should for a quality ATI balancer, should wobble very little or not at all. The oem ones are known to fail and is a problem with this car, ATI is the go to for replacement even though it’s 5x the cost. I took the car back because I did not think he was going to fix it correctly. After getting it home I started hearing a loud clunk noise in front end. This noise was not present at all before dropping the car off. I sent him a message asking if he knew if anything may have been left loose on accident and I could double check myself. He left me on read with no response. I thought maybe it’s something that happened to go bad since I picked the car up, replaced end links and axle nuts as those are prone for clunking noises on these cars. Clunk noise was still present. After looking over the underside of the car he left a bracket holding some lines completely loose wobbling around, millimeters from hitting the belt / pulley and causing damage. Glad I caught it. Even after torquing that down to spec the car is still clunking and very obvious. After sending him pictures of the loose part he replies with just “glad you found it and it wasn’t dangerous, enjoy the car”. Taking no accountability for his very bad work. Today after going under the car again to check for the clunking noise, I find the A/C belt is now slipping off the balancer. It looks as if the balancer is backing off the crank as well. The bolt is not accessible for me to check for torque but it’s most likely he did not torque to spec. This doesn’t just happen if the job was done correctly. I’ve wasted 1.5k roughly on labor at this shop for him to screw the job up TWICE. This is unacceptable, no dignity or accountability here. DO NOT GO HERE. I am forced to go to an actual performance shop as he could not do it right or make it right. I attached some photos for reference. Shawn, the least you should do is make this right.

A wonderful family owned shop. Have had the best experiences with them. They take the time to tell me what I need and fit me in no problem. They are honest about what I need done. They will go above and beyond for you to get what you need done. They keep you updated on the car and what they doing as well. I appreciate their time and what they do so much. Went in for a wobbly wonky driving F350. Shawn found a locked hub. He explained the situation to us and gave us a few options. He was able to find us the parts and had us up and running in no time. Reasonably priced and honest. Highly recommend.
