We'd used Somerville many times in the past, along with our family. It'd been years since we needed a repair done and after calling another place my husband reminded me to call Tom. He was straightforward and listened to what I had to say. Better yet, he repaired my van quickly at a very reasonable price, but went above and beyond to top off my fluids, clean my windshield, and even made a small cosmetic repair for me, which I really appreciated. Now I understand why my husband said he sent his whole family there over the years. He's fair, kind and takes pride in his work. I'm not looking forward to more repairs, but I am looking forward to giving that business to Somerville. Thank you Tom! David & Andrea West.
