They were great!! Got my car in right away.. inspected it and got 2 different repairs done in one day!! Most car places around here want 2 days and they make you wait around.. they did a great job to do the best work and get it done ASAP

I had 2 new tires and all my pads and rotors replaced by Jay, Moe who said he was a manager acted professional at all times, with that said first off they put the tires on black side out instead of the raised white letters, which i can live with. I'm happy with the tires and brakes. My problem is with the so called manager I talked with regards to my tire sensors "TPMS," which does not work after the tires and brakes were done. I checked my tire pressure on the cars computer and it does not work now. The manager asked why did i wait a week to say something... well its not something you check everyday. Than he told me that Moe was a fill in and that Jay who worked on my car does work for him. Than i asked him to speak to someone higher than him like the owner and he told me there was no one higher than him. when i asked him who owned Shelby Automotive he said there is no one higher than him. when asked again he said he didn't know who owned it.( so you don't know who pays you or owns the business) This so called manager was in my opinion rude and unprofessional. i asked him again who owns the business so i can send a complaint to, I was told he doesn't have to tell me and he will not tell me. I also asked who is another manager or person i could talk to he told me no one else but him. when i asked him where Moe was working at now so i can ask him he told me he has no idea. He also told me Moe was filling in "only on the day i got service", when i told him i had been talking to him for 2 days he said " what i can't be sick for 2 or 3 days " haven't you been sick for more then a day. I will find out who the owner is and file a complaint about this so called manager. I still have to take it in for them to fix which i will not do while he is there or I will take to another Shelby Automotive.

spent nearly 3 grand here asking specifically for them to check EVERYTHING on my car because I was going on vacation, rear differential went out in another state 😡 different mechanic said they should have CLEARLY seen it was leaking since it was covered in the oil and corroded from it. also didnt tell me my upper control arms and rear axles needed replacement. also put bolts in that did not fit. AND broke my lug nuts on my wheels. do not recommend. dont go here. dont waste your money. smfh.

I called this location for my brakes, Moe answered the phone and told me to come right in. After arriving, the staff provided a free diagnostic, a shuttle service back to my home while I waited for my service to be completed. I was able to get both my front and back brakes and rotors completed for a great price. Moe and the entire staff was so helpful. I will visit and recommend this location again!

Robbie and the staff here are great. I had a major issue with my jeep in the US (I am Canadian) and they were able to help me quickly. Robbie was great with giving me all the information needed. He was informative with reviewing the issues of my jeep and what it entailed. I was very happy with how fast this was especially since it was over Canadian thanksgiving weekend. I will continue to bring my car to this shop as they did a thorough inspection. Thanks for everything.
