5 stars is well deserved. This company was referred to us by a fellow firefighter. My father borrowed my husbands car one day while they were in town visiting. He noticed the car was a rough ride, and needed some work. While my husband was at work my father met with a longtime friend who referred my father to Pride Auto Repair. He stopped in with no appointment, and asked if thy could help, and how long would it take. Their Sterling Heights location was busy, but they old my dad about their new shop in Clinton township having openings. My dad headed over and was quickly helped with not only service but fast and knowledgeable service. While my dad was waiting my dad was going to call an uber as he was just visiting and didn’t have another ride. Jason the manager contacted another employee to drive my father home until service was complete! What top tier service, talk about going above and beyond. Jason talked to us honestly about their work, what we should look for in the future in regards to our specific vehicle, and per Jason “I treat others the way I’d want my own children treated if they went in for help with their vehicles” I’d truly say it’s the family service. He was great! I totally recommend this business for fairness on price, excellence on customer service and great knowledgeable work. For insight: we received new break pads and rotors.

AMAZING mechanics! i was having MAJOR engine issues with my vehicle that could not be properly diagnosed or fixed by any other mechanics i visited. i heard of pride auto repair through a family friend, and i am very glad i went here. my car was properly diagnosed by the end of the night, i was given a quote for parts and labor, and the vehicle was fixed in 24 hours. not only is the work done quick, but it is done RIGHT. Jason's customer service is great, and i have recommended this business to my family for their car needs. this business also does oil changes! thank you guys!

I had a great experience at Pride Auto Care in Clinton Township. The customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. Big shoutout to Jason — he was extremely helpful, easy to talk to, and very upfront throughout the whole process. He was also willing to work with me on the price to make it more reasonable, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find an auto shop that’s both honest and customer-focused, but Pride Auto Care definitely delivers.I know things can be pricey at times but understand something, you get what you pay for. With that being said, I Highly recommend pride auto care.

I just wanna say that these guys put my faith back in mechanics. I went to 3 different auto repair shops, to only have another issue happen after said repair. Pride auto says it all in their name, they are friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced, you can trust them to do it right the first time. I greatly appreciate Jason and the team, I will be a repeat customer as long as my car needs maintained.
