I would recommend anyone that needs an oil change or any car service to go see Justin and crew at KOZAK’S shop. I personally had a very pleasant experience recently and felt very comfortable while waiting, the service was quick and competent. My truck runs even better having upgraded to full synthetic oil. Plus they offer such an Incredible deal that no place else could come close to beating. Yes!!! Take your car to KOZAK’S auto shop if you need Anything done with your vehicle. You’ll be happy you did. I was nervous trying a new mechanic shop out, but was reassured many times over as Justin demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and knowledge pertaining to a answering all of my questions and concerns. The communication was consistent and the loaner vehicle was beyond courteous. They so offer a great lineup of discounts that come with full synthetic oil changes. I was helping my 83 year old father with a used car purchase. I called Kozak's to ask if they could perform a check. Let me make a side note here: As a woman who works in the automotive sector, it was such an incredible pleasure to work with a woman who was so completely knowledgeable in her position. Alexis gave me an open ended appointment and let me pretend I worked for the cable company. I could bring in a car anytime from 1pm to 3pm for a free inspection. A thorough inspection, which showed a few issues I could bring back to the seller. It is so difficult to have trust in a mechanic service, especially as a woman and as a senior citizen (my father). I would 100% trust this place if I were to send my father by himself, and I felt completely respected as a woman too. I could not give a higher recommendation for this place. First of all, Kozak’s Collision is a decent shop, and Justin at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Recently, I brought my car in because my A/C was leaking. I was charged for a diagnostic, and I was told that both the A/C condenser and evaporator core were leaking and needed to be replaced. The repair estimate was quite high, so I decided to get a second opinion before proceeding. I then took my vehicle to a Honda dealership, where they inspected the system and determined that only the A/C condenser was leaking. Based on my experience, I would recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing major repairs.

Jeff is one of the best, most positive nicest person I ever met! I wish we all were a little like him brighting up peoples day with his aura! He took so much care about my car and told me precisely everything about my vehicle and everything was to a T in terms Of what’s wrong with it and made me feel better because I asked him if my cars worth fixing and it being a Toyota Prius he made me feel proud to have the car ! I will be solely coming here for all my cars and vehicles and I’ll send my friends and family here because of Jeff! He’s a treasure! I never met any service or person that has the type of positive energy to make someone’s mood so much better ! Kozaks lucky to have him run Kozaks shop! He’s gonna create loyal customer base because people will love him from the getgo!
