Had my car at this shop too get brand new AC installed after usage the air went iut. Went back too the shop Carl tried blaming older parts on my vehicle low and behold i gad a leak test done on it the problem was a hose connection was improperly and carl wanted too charge me for a new refill. All I wanna know what happened too taking care of the customer ? No one wants too take responsibility never go here folks

Ok well first of all the owner to this place is amazing!! Not only does this guy know what he's doing he also likes his job. After interviewing him to work on my car, I found he has a very very long history of working on cars electric. When I say long history I mean long history of knowing how to truely help fix a familys car. We are talking over 20yrs and because this sucessful business owner has such great integerty there is no other place in macomb county I would rather go to take my car for electric problem.:)

The people here are just plain sickening. I went in for a simple headlight inspection and the entire time they made weird sexual jokes like I was their buddy from college. Zero respect. The quality of work was sub-par and these idiots DIDN'T CLOSE MY HOOD ALL THE WAY. My hood then smashes into my windshield driving home on the freeway and when I called they REFUSED to accept responsibility. I was stranded on i94 for 3 hours in the freezing cold until my car got towed and now my insurance sky rocketed when I couldn't even afford the deductible all because these LAZY worthless shells of human beings wouldn't check their work. I would have taken a busted headlight over this mess any day. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE
