Took my car in for a rotor job and they got me in and out upon arrival. Customer service was great, super friendly and great energy. The mechanics didnt try to trick me into spending more money on unnecessary labor like most shops. Highly recommend

Groesbeck Auto Care were highly recommended so I was excited to take my car here after hearing overwhelmingly good things about how Groesbeck Auto Care (GAC) take pictures of their work, guarantee everything and are fairly priced but ended up shocked at what they were holding my car hostage for but only after waiting in the lobby for 5 hours ( not even over-exaggerating) just for my car to get pulled in the back and then another hour to begin the inspection and then another hour to do the work but you better believe that I was charged for 5 hours of labor... AFTER they said the $337 inspection fee would be applied! (It was not) Before any of this, I was sensing something off... Everyone began acting weird That miss my car may not even be ready until the next business day which I believe was a Monday but I'd have to check on that. This was a terrible experience, I was overcharged, lied to, car now pulls to the right even though the alignment was off to left prior to bringing it here and then manipulated into an overpriced inspection that I didn't even need as I asked for the front brake and steering area inspection but they also performed a rear suspension inspection for an additional $165 that they then added to a $4,500 estimate... We had already discussed and worked out coming back every two weeks for anything else that they may notice so to just focus on the front brakes/steering area. They agreed, I sat down expecting 2 to 3 hours but instead 7 and charged $700 for wheel bearings on one side! I argued the bill, asked them about what happened to applying the inspection fee and they said 'we did' but I looked closer and they seemed to charged 2 or 3x for labor what they typically do so that's where they 'hid' the inspection fee And I'm not sure if they do this as a business model or it was something they did to me for whatever reason but I will not be recommending these guys to anyone and I will definitely NOT be back for the tie rods, ball joints on the other side, TPMS or the passenger side reas strut that I said I'd be back to do over the course of the next few months because I'll be going anywhere but here! The worst experience I've ever had at an auto mechanic, by far. I'd rather go to the dealer so people should stay away from these wormy auto shops who mess your financing up and overcharge you when and because they can. 🔥🐲🪐♑

A single mom out of a car because I trusted this place. I went and told them i need the fuel injectors cleaned, they told me no and said it was the converter. My converter was fine before I got there! No loud noise or anything! As soon as I leave you can hear me coming down the block! I took my car to 3 different mechanics afterwards and they all stated that my cars converter was recently tampered with and an aftermarket piece was put on without my knowledge! They stated that the exhaust work this place did was completely unnecessary and it was! I had gas in my oil this ENTIRE TIME and they somehow could not diagnose that! Instead of doing a complete diagnosis, I am now out of a vehicle after saving up for MONTHS. PLEASE DO NOT GO. This is the 2nd car I lost because I trusted these people.

Warning...Do not take your car here. They are liars. Took my car in and ended up having them install new brakes and they gave me my car back and the ABS lights and traction control lights came on after they changed the brakes and they would not fix and get these lights to turn off. These lights were NOT on when I took my car there at the start. There were no lights on at the start. They wanted to charge us over $200 to turn the lights off. They try to take advantage of people.

Excellent customer service and fast service. Came in for an alignment front & rear had me out within an hour. Fair prices as well.
