Bought a used 2012 Focus. LF tire had a slow leak. With my background — years turning wrenches and decades supporting dealership technicians — I’m picky about who works on my car. Quotes came in around $30, which was fine. Called Great Water 360 in Clinton Township. Brian Wilson told me the repair would be free. I didn’t believe it, but I went anyway. He fixed it. For zero dollars. And he patched it from the inside, exactly as requested. Outstanding service. Brian will be my first stop for future repairs. —Ernie

Got a 3 1/2 inch bolt in my tire was sitting at the gas station across from this company. Call asked if they could prepare my tire. They responded quickly put my trunk up on a rack and patch my tire free of charge Brian and Andrew were fast in efficient. Communication was amazing this company just got a new Future Customer. I have tried a few repair shops in the area over the last year and this one is the best. This shop will tell you what you could consider repairing and which things are necessary for safe operation of your car now. I have also watched Brian explaining repair items to customers, and taking time to show them diagrams and direct viewing of parts and process. For my old original exhaust system they just swapped sections needed sourced the parts very quickly. They handle all makes here and have easy parking. This is now my local shop.
