Absolute 10/10. The gentleman who called to confirm my flat tire request and ETA was so kind and upbeat at 7:50 AM. The service tech, I believe his name was Eric, was very professional, friendly, and attentive. From my initial inquiry to the job being finished took about 25 minutes start to finish. Could not have asked for better service.
View on GooglePoor customer service! Tow request, waited 5+ hours and still never happened. Numerous text messages extending the time over and over. Called 2x was told “Guy was enroute will be there within the hour” which never happened! Was giving excuses… Talk about wasting someone’s time, this is an understatement. Too much competition out there, learn how to respect your potential customers. Do not recommend.
View on GoogleMy sister was in a car accident and needed her car towed. We happened to see one of their trucks driving by so we called the number and a driver was there fairly quick. Steve/Steven, I believe he said was friendly, quick and courteous. Will definitely recommend this company.
