Once again Doug's did not disappoint. I just had a custom true dual exhaust system installed on my 2024 RAM 2500 4x4 6.4L Hemi. Cade did an excellent job with getting it to work out. I'm very pleased with his work and end result. Thank you Cade for taking your time to get it right.
View on GoogleThis is a reliable and honest business! I took my car to an independently-owned muffler business and they wanted to charge me $550. I took it to Doug's to get a second opinion and they said they charge me $180 to fix it. The people are respectful and great to do business with. They got my car fixed the same day. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleVery lousy customer service and expensive. I have used many mechanics shops in the past and worked at mechanics shops and have never received or seen this treatment before. The employees were obviously drunk or under the influence of substances. The man answering the phone was unwillingly to work with me on putting the original mufflers I had back onto my car and they forgot to return parts they took off to my vehicle. They also charge $200 for an hour of work, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
View on GoogleMy Flex had a bad Flex pipe, it sounded like a race car, Doug's technician diagnosed and resolved the issue within 30 minutes at a reasonable price. Get there early, its first come first serve and lives up Doug's legacy.
View on GoogleDid an ok job on my exhaust. I brought 4 V band clamps they installed 3 and kept the other 1. And my pipe is touching my control arm so when I take off all you hear is the pipe smelling my control arm. Also cut my rear valance up I paid $500 for. I’d come back here if I wanted a quick weld job but wouldnt bring a car I care about
