Dorian Ford Service Center

High labor prices (almost $800 in labor costs) and claimed I had no rough idle issues/no codes (which is the main reason I had them pickup the car) BUT it just so happens they did the free canister valve service and if you google search “rough idle at stop light of 2012 focus” that specific valve can cause that rough idle issue (that and spark plugs but since they claimed to not hear the rough idle before they put the spark plugs on that makes me think it was the valve that caused this issue). So it makes me think they fixed the valve then did the inspection in order to charge me (the inspection diagnostic fee) and claimed they didn’t find an issue or they don’t hear anything (well yeah because you already fixed it). Because all of a sudden my car doesn’t rough idle anymore so they HAD to fixed something in the car to fix that rough idle issue that’s been going on for at least a year. But I guess I can’t to be too annoyed because at least this dealership had that free one time replacement notification on the site. I wouldn’t have known about it otherwise because no other dealership in the area had it up on their sites when I was looking at the different dealerships in my area to do pickup/delivery. Anyways, I did get spark plugs and lug nuts, which I honestly did need those, but I just don’t like how they magically didn’t see a rough idle problem YET the idle problem has been fixed. All in all, the staff were fairly nice but a lot of upselling. I’ll never go to (or do pickup/delivery with) another FORD dealership service center again. Maybe I’ll get another 1yr out of this old rusty car then buy a new Toyota or Honda once I’m done with my degree. There’s just too many recalls and random issues with Fords. 1 star for staff and another star just because they completed the work. So, 2 stars

Fabulous experience! Took my 2021 Edge in for The Works. They picked up my vehicle at my office and dropped it back to me once the work was finished. How convenient! They were prompt and kept me informed every step of the way. I even gave them a challenge and they stepped right up. I asked them to reset my keypad code. When they asked what the old code was, I told them I’ve never knew what it was. They went out of their way to dig up the files and find the old code! I appreciate Connie for her outstanding and excellent customer service. She really went to the extra mile. Thank you again. Been a customer of Dorian for years and will continue to be so.

I have been a Dorian Ford customer for 30 plus years. Whenever I take my vehicle in for service I see Connie Neuman. Not only does she great me with a smile, she always ask how I'm doing. Connie never lets me down when I need service for my vehicle weather it's an oil change to something bigger. I was having an issue with my 2023 Edge with the sync not working with my phone, it kept dropping calls. She was very patient with me and as usual she got the problem corrected and it's been working great. She is the best to work with. Thank you Connie.
