After my cars alternator left me stranded 2.5 hours away from home, I knew I would have to get it towed and fixed without delay. Rickey at the front desk was so kind and clear with the price breakdown, she was a relief to talk to after that incredibly anxiety inducing accident. I really appreciated her customer service and hospitality. They got my car towed, the new alternator shipped and installed in the same day even as a walk in. This location had a special where the towing and inspection was free if the repair was with them. I saved a little money with their special and I am super grateful for it.

I’ll never go back, they changed 422 dollars for diagnostic fee and then said it was the same price for the repairs. I called 3 shops in the same area they were half and under half the price. They were even higher than the dealership. I don’t advise anyone to take their car here. FYI when I took my car to dealership and elsewhere the diagnostic didn’t change because they need more time to to find out what’s wrong with the vehicle. Also if repairs were cheaper than the diagnostic, you pay that the repair cost not the diagnostic fee, when repairs are cheaper. The dealership had my same vehicle a week, and was there for electrical issues, they never called and said you have to pay an additional hour of labor to see what’s with it, well that’s what this repair shop did. Stay far away from here please!! Save yourself some money

I took my Armada in to be serviced and what appeared to be a routine service turned out to be much more. The team committed to finding a resolve and were very gracious in making pricing adjustments due to the length of time it took. I love that they offer a full inspection free of charge allowing the consumer to know where they stand with their vehicle. They are very up front and fair and would recommend them!
