Class Auto Repair

My 2015 Audi S8 has only seen the dealer for anything. Had it since 9k miles and currently has 126k. Started having ride height issues and suspension light came on. Long story short, dealer literally took 3 and 1/2 months on 2 total attempts to fix while I had a loaner from them. First they replaced a compressor and couldn't get it to calibrate. After 2.5 months, they said it's ready. I pick it up and try to raise it and immediately the light comes back on. I made another appointment and dropped it off 2 weeks later and this time wiring and a sensor was replaced. I spent over several thousand and they told me it would cost an additional nearly 5k to replace the rear passenger strut assembly. Why this wasn't diagnosed initially was my question as well... nevertheless my disgust with the dealer led me to George at Class Auto Repair. We started with diagnostics and he immediately said it was the rear strut assembly without any prior knowledge of my Rochester Audi experience. After a few months of deliberating and finding the part which was delayed, we scheduled it for repair. Dropped it off on a Thursday and picked it up on a Tuesday. The car is back to the beast its always been! Couldn't be happier with Class Auto Repair. The knowledge and professionalism made the dealership look like apprentices. In addition, all the prior history of the car is accessible by Class Auto Repair which leaves me no question about who my go to is for all future vehicle needs. Oh ya, and I saved thousands. Wish I found him sooner and wasn't so stuck with dealer only maintenance.

Had an excellent encounter with George at Class Auto. He was thorough in both explaining to me what he would do before the needed repairs were done along with the quote, and he showed me the worn down and broken parts afterward with an expert explanation. I paid for what was estimated, and George was good for his word - trusting and credible. Received my vehicle back sooner than I thought, and the Customer Waiting Room was very clean. George and his team are the best! They replaced my engine in my 2009 silverado. I myself being a certified mechanic/fleet mechanic supervisor and technical instructor, but due to health conditions I can no longer work on vehicles let alone my own. I am very picky and skeptical of other mechanics work. I never trusted anybodys work but my own. George and his team did such a great job! I would trust him with any vehicle! Their work is flawless, even the hood was aligned to factory precision! I rarely trust anybody with my truck, George and his team are excellent at their profession.
