I came in with transmission concerns and paid for a diagnostic. Chris immediately pushed the idea of a full rebuild (around $6,000) without showing me any proof, photos, codes, or pressure tests. When I asked for evidence and said I wanted a second opinion, he became noticeably irritated and dismissive. Im not sure if its because I am a female that walked in by myself and he took that as vulnerability but I do my homework before walking into car disaster. I was respectful the whole time and yet he still tossed my card back onto the counter instead of handing it to me, and told me “good luck” very rudely. I’m not saying the shop is wrong about codes not being found but I am saying I'm not spending 6k because you have a hunch and I really dont even know him. His intentions seemed pressing and cruel. Car repairs are not my specialty but i can say, I know how customer service should be and how to treat people like a decent human being. If you’re going to recommend something that expensive, customers deserve transparency, clear explanations and professionalism. I left and chose to get another opinion elsewhere. Thank you Chris for describing what my car was doing on the road but im pretty sure anyone could've done that! Happy new year.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with my car, I bring my car in for a few small fixes and the customer service was terrible Chris himself had an attitude the entire conversation so I was already a little worried when dropping of my car. I give him my keys and he had my car for a few days. Once I get my car back next thing I know I’m bringing my car back AGAIN because they forgot to put in parts I paid hundreds of dollars for. On top of being charged for parts he didn’t put in my car he also charged me a ridiculous amount for labor THAT WAS NOT DONE ON MY CAR. After inspecting my car more I also notice a very large dent and paint chipping on the bottom of my passenger door that I KNOW was not there before being I took video of my car right before bringing it to the shop, of course they denied doing any damage to my car. At this point I was frustrated and done so I headed back to his shop and was only gifted HALF a refund and not even refunded for all the false labor. If I were you I’d bring my car somewhere more reliable, safe, and friendly NOT here.

I have to change My review to a one-star to five stars after reading Chris's the owners response my mind is blown 🤯 I had no idea you have to test drive a vehicle to get it to 200° after doing a service repair. I do hope they did not use engine oil and use transmission fluid I appreciate you correcting me. I sincerely apologize. You are right and I am wrong. Maybe everybody that left you a one star should change it to a five star based on your response to the reviews. Seems like you're always in the right and they are in the wrong.

Chris helped me, over the phone, to navigate this huge crisis. My transmission just went out completely, it was undrivable. He explained what needed to happen, I got the car towed to him, and it was all done in a week. Shifts better than it ever has now! I feel confident with his work and knowledge. I needed a reliable car for many reasons and I feel that he did a great job in giving that to me. Thank you Chris for taking all my annoying calls and questions. I am recommending this place for any transmission needs.

My neighbor recommended this place to me they are really nice and my car is much better after needing struts replaced I will recommend this place to my friends thank you for taking good care of my chrysler
