“out of spec (-0.5°)” I previously reached out regarding the alignment service performed on my 2025 truck after noticing abnormal and rapid wear on the front driver-side tire immediately following your work. To your credit, you contacted me and asked me to bring the truck back to correct the issue. I appreciated that and gave your shop a second opportunity to properly address the problem. However, after returning and reviewing the updated alignment report provided by your shop, it clearly shows that the front left camber was still out of specification (-0.5°, marked in red). This confirms that the root cause of the tire wear was not corrected. At that point, I lost confidence that the alignment was being properly diagnosed or adjusted, so I took the truck to a Volvo dealership for a full inspection and proper alignment. For clarity: - The truck had already completed over 100,000 miles with no abnormal front tire wear - The issue appeared immediately after your initial alignment service - The problem remained even after returning for a second visit - The alignment report itself shows values still out of spec As an owner-operator, this has cost me time, money, and unnecessary tire wear. I gave your shop a fair opportunity to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it was not properly fixed. Update: I gave this shop a second chance after they contacted me to fix the issue, but the problem was still not resolved. The alignment report they provided still showed the front left camber out of spec (-0.5°, marked in red). At that point, I had to take my truck to a Volvo dealership to get the alignment properly corrected. This cost me additional time, money, and unnecessary tire wear. I strongly recommend that all alignment angles—especially camber—be carefully verified and brought within specification before returning a vehicle to the customer.

4th time here, had steer tires on my KW installed, also alignment, 2 heavy duty shocks also installed. Because they were all heavy duty and hard to come by, Matt when to bat for me and finally obtained them. Excellent customer service, and got things done, in a few short days. Matt & the crew all the high praises 👏 They truly live up to their name, and they "JAM" ! hands down. Once again THANK YOU ! You got a customer for a long time from this point on

Yes! This location services passenger cars and not just fleet vehicles! Great place for ALL of your fleet tire needs 😊
