Terrible experiences 400+$ to have a key programed. Call ahead. Pay ahead. Drive an hour. Get car in service bay. Wait in waiting area. Provide proof of ownership. Get told the key programmer tech left early today. Didn't get fob programmed. Wasted several hours of my time. Getting an oil change via cardoc takes 1+hours. Cars never rides the same after. Having a tow package added on to my vehicle and when I got it they left the inner door trim removed in the back seat from the passenger side podium. Got the key for my trunk that I was supposed to get on purchase of my vehicle 2 years later. Apparently was found in the lot. Wasn't even informed it existed. No clear explanation on purchase of vehicle of what I'm actually supposed to be receiving. Was told I supposed to receive the complete lane assist package. Didn't receive that feature. Get oil change, they mark down tires are at 35psi. Get in car. Tps sensor states 3 wheels at 27. One at 31. They rotated the tires without asking me. Couldn't be bothered to put air in tires. Car has 31k on it. Get reccomend 500+$ in services it "needs" Vehicle was sold for 10k+ over recommended msrp for "that's just the way it is" I cannot reccomend you go somewhere else enough. Toyota's are good vehicles. But this dealership is a joke of professionalism.

I had an appointment scheduled on the 11/6. For a recall, i was there for 40 minutes for them to come out. And tell me that they didn't have the part And to come back tomorrow at eight o'clock, which was11/7 the procedure was only supposed to be an hour and a half, and I was there for 3 and a half hours i had to sit in a dirty chair which I'll upload the pictures.And my coffee's spilled over because the table was missing a leg and was being held up by a box of kleenex, which I'll upload the photo very disappointed in your faculty.

I went in for the first time for regular oil change, tyre rotation, and air filter replacement on my 2018 Toyota Camry XLE. Car was handed to me within 2 hours after service. When the car came out, it had TPMS failure showing and service advisor told me that it would take some time to calibrate and should be fine. I literally left the dealership and travelled around a quarter of a mile that my rear left tyre is flat. When I saw the tyre, there was a cut of half of the size of my hand on the inside wall. It was too big for any nail on road and I didn’t hear anything hitting my car/tyre and it wasn’t big burst either. Everything signalled towards something happening in the service during tyre rotation or something else. I was very pissed about it because it wasn’t just any shop but Toyota and professionalism was expected. Anyway, I went in there the next and asked to speak to their Service Manager Mr John Maddison. I narrated him the whole tale and told that I think there is a very high chance that this happened in here. He heard me thoroughly and committed to do something that could benefit both of us. Eventually, after researching and talking to his mechanics, he came to me and said that they couldn’t figure what might have happened but out of customer courtesy, he’ll change my tyre free of cost. I have Michelin Defender 2s on my car which is $250 tyre. He said I don’t have Michelin in the shop currently but he could get Hankook or Continental on my car if I want it done immediately. I asked to put same tyre that I’ve already on. Mr John ordered it for me and asked to come couple of days later. He also offered me to have loaner till then if I want to leave my car in the shop(My car isn’t under warranty). I choose to bring my car home. Couple of days later I went in the morning and new tyre was already on the rim sitting right next to his office. Great Guy and Great Team. It wasn’t the cost or tyre for me but his and his team’s service and ability to solve the issue according to the complain although there was still a chance that it could have happened on the road and not in the shop regardless of what I strongly believed. Thats what Toyota is about. Mr John held it up high and I thank him for that. I would recommend going to these guys for your car’s care.

Predatory service practices – Proceed with caution. I recently took our RAV4 Hybrid in for routine maintenance. I made the mistake of not scrutinizing every line of the pre-service work order, and ended up paying $500 for two new tires I did not explicitly authorize and certainly did not need. My tires are less than 2 years old, and one of them was replaced less than a year ago due to a puncture (that we got from a service appt at this location…). The service advisor never explicitly mentioned adding tires to the service, yet they performed the work anyway. It is disappointing to be blindsided by a $500 expense. And they randomly put one of the tires in my trunk. While the basic maintenance was completed, I will not be returning. I’m taking my business to the Farmington Hills location instead; the extra drive is well worth the peace of mind to avoid these types of predatory practices.

I have brought my car here for routine maintenance for about 3 years. Service department personel are efficient friendly and professional. They are great at communicating and updating me on the progress and condition of my car. I recently needed a repair and the service was excellent. We had to wait for a part but I had a loaner while waiting. I am very satisfied with every aspect of this service department.
