Had a great experience. Came in the morning of 7/5/2026 and worked with Abe. I was in and out. Abe communicated everything to me clearly, and made sure I was aware of everything going on. Very professional. I will be using this tire center for my next set of tires.
View on GoogleExtremely poor customer service. Ordered 4 tires with installation on the app on a Wednesday for Saturday morning installation. Got a voicemail from Dave on Friday evening stating they only had 2 tires and that the other two would be in on Monday and to call to reschedule. I called Friday, Saturday x2, Sunday and Monday leaving voicemails, without a return call. Come Monday at 1:00pm received a email stating I have a tire installation at 8:00am Tuesday. Roughly 2.5 hours later, Dave called stating they are not getting the tires and have been discontinued. Instead of offering other tires, price matching and/or working with the customer they decided to just refund me. To get a copy of my refund receipt was like pulling teeth. I don’t recommend using BJs tires as clearly they cannot follow through.
View on GoogleI have written probably 5 reviews in my life and BJ’s tire service in Canton is worthy of my 6th. I bought tires and scheduled an appointment for 9am. My appointment was set for 9am. I arrive at 850am and approach the door and see their hours are 945am. So I wait in my car until 945 and as 945 arrives there is no one to be found. I go into the warehouse and ask if anyone is working in the tire center. The manager approaches me and says we have no one working, we can’t find help. Then why would you schedule an appointment when I have to miss 1/2 day of work. He Shrugs. So I ask for my money back and he gives me customer service number and tells me he can’t help me. I canceled my order and I am sitting in Discount Tire because they honor appointments.
