They took over 45 minutes. I believe they all need more training especially when removing your air filter. The 3 of them probably pulled the dipstick about 10x. I paid for full synthetic and they put the oil change recommendation at 3k miles. I will not be going back.

I’ll be coming back for future oil changes and to get my battery replaced sometime in the next 6 months. These guys are GREAT representatives of victory lane and deserve all the love and probably a raise. Great job guys.
