Good 1st experience from their new location. They provided detailed estimate of each item and were happy to discuss options prior to work being completed. The multiple repairs were done promptly. We appreciated them trying to make the car run well but also being willing to wiggle a little on total cost (waived diagnostic fee and gave discount on an extra item due to misunderstanding). It was nice to be able to get glass replaced AND mechanical / electrical repairs all from one shop. They did a nice renovation of the building interior and exterior (mural). We are happy they moved in and added value to Old Village Plymouth! We will definitely bring cars here if this experience continues.

Actually went to Safelite but the service desk for Ric & Rocky was very friendly. My rearview mirror fell off my windshield Thursday evening. In checking how to reattach it I saw on a Reddit review to go to Safelite. Eric came out to my car, unhooked the dangling mirror and told me he could easily fix it for me. When I asked him how much he said "No charge". He was finishing up another project and asked if I could hang around. I only had to wait a total of a half hour and it was reattached. Eric was kind, friendly and knowledgeable.

Paul is attentive, transparent, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. He explains exactly what needs to be done and what doesn’t, with no pressure or upselling. What really sets him apart is that he’ll actually show you the issues directly under the car, so you’re never left guessing. They recently did shocks and a brake job on my vehicle, and the work was excellent. Everything feels solid, quiet, and drives exactly as it should. Last summer I talked to Dominic to get an estimate for the fluids changed (coolant, brake, etc, everything) on my 1992 Dodge Stealth based on a friend recommendation. Dominic said he would call me back with a price on this service. He never did. As I had my Lincoln serviced across the street at Quicklane, I called them and they were more than happy to service my car. Better yet is they had a mechanic that owned a Dodge Stealth that ended up working on my car. Hundreds of dollars of business lost Rocky's. It was an opportunity lost for repeat and future business. If you didn't want to do it you could have at least called me back.
