Terrible service. Contacted Progressive Insurance at 9:30am in a quiet residential area. Beautiful weather. Waited until 12:30pm before I was told that the tow would be another 60 minutes. I decided to walk home instead of having to wait. No contact from the company. My home was about 5.1 miles away. It took me about two and a half hours to get home. I called the repair shop when I got home to make sure my vehicle had been delivered. The tow truck had JUST dropped off my vehicle around 2:50pm. Not recommended.

ZERO STARS, not sure how this place is still in business. Like other reviewers, we were assigned this company by Progressive to tow our vehicle at 10 am, never showed no call. If you ring them, they do not answer. At 3 pm we asked to have another company on the case, they were there in 30 minutes (shout out to ALL STAR ROADSIDE)! I requested Progressive discontinue use of this entity and save others the hassle we went through.

Booked a which out for my wifes stuck vehicle through Progressive Insurance. Progressive confirmed it was covered at 100% and they show up saying it's not and charged me. I spoke with Mel's and was told Progressive only charged a portion. I reached out again to Progressive and they still do not know why I was charged. Shady , will reach out to Progressive for the money I was charged.

progressive roadside assistance assigned me this tow company and they gave me a wide range of 70-100 minutes that passed with no updates, and they never answered or replied to my calls so I ended up canceling and having to leave my car to try again later. Will not ever suggest this place and I will be complaining to progressive to cancel their contract with this awful neglectful company. ive never had a tow truck company treat me this way

BEWARE! They charged me 140.00 when I was covered by my insurance, would not move my car until I paid. Will not return my calls. Contacted WDIV channel 4 in Detroit, please call them if you have the same problem.
