First time coming to this location. And they were unbelievably helpful. The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful. Wish I remembered his name. But I decided to wait outside while they were checking it out, was about to go back in, and he came out with his iPad and broke down the quote for me. He was very nice and kept me update!! They changed my back breaks without a problem and cheaper than the other 3 quotes I got!! They made the entire process very easy!! And I’m definitely going back to the for an oil change, $50 cheaper than anywhere I have ever been!! And they do an amazing job!! I know the oil change is good cause I’ve been told to go to them from someone who’s a regular! Definitely recommend this auto shop!!

I went to martins tire two weekends ago and let me tell you, the guys were awesome. Ken at the front desk was super informative and helpful and the guys in the back did a great job and had me in and out fast. Thanks to them im ready to ride this summer. Terribile experience! They said inspection would take 15min, it ended up taking 2+ hours. So I basically sat there for 2 hours ending up missing my other appoinment. After inspection they told me I would need to replace pretty much everything in front suspension which would cost me ~$2800 just for a small jerking noise. I asked them what would happen if I keep driving for a few month, is it safe? They said the ball joint may come apart. I worked in the industry for 15 years and I fix cars myself. I am very dissapointed. They are young and polite, but not good. And I want to get my two hours of life back!!!!!!!!!!!

Ty and his of mechanics are top drawer. Replaced my brakes for third of the price another place quoted. The brakes are perfect and I can't recommend Mechanic One enough.......But I was a bit miffed when I asked if they could replace a burned brake light and the screw along with it. I waited a whole hour and they never even attempted to fix it. I get that maybe you don't have the parts but making me wait for an hour while nothing was being done was a bummer.
