I received regular updates on the progress of the repair, and they were always available to answer any questions or address concerns I had. Accidents happen and you’re left with the challenges of having to deal with your insurance company and the stress of coordinating your matters so repairs can get completed in a a timely manner. Normally taking weeks and stressing you with the reality of having to count on others. In what I felt was a tragic moment, turned out to be a blessing. Once I got through the integration form my insurance company was to find a place for my truck to get repaired. A colleague of mine recommended Hines Park Collision and referred me to their Body Shop Manager Aaron. I called the next day and Aron took me through the process and basically all I had to do was drop off the vehicle. He and his team stepped up and gave me a sincere sense of confidence and appreciation as a customer. Once he reviewed the estimate - he took all the worry and concerns was dealing with. The process was simple and well defined. The repairs and work were next level, I feel my truck looks better ever before. Knowing that I travel for work , Aaron even came in on Saturday to open the shop, so I could finalize my transaction with him. I also had the pleasure of tour of his facility and met some of his employees. The final detailing of my truck and the walk through review were well appreciated!!! Aaron thank you for your professionalism and the time and consideration you gave me. Please note that no job is to big or small for this facility and the nice thing is they work in all make and models (GM-BMW-VW-Jeep….etc), you name Aaron can take of it! Pure WOW !

Best auto body shop in town!! Aaron brought my truck in right away and got started on it the same day and it turned out amazing. They made the process super easy and keep you updated the along the way, very skilled and professional!

I've had two outstanding experiences with Hines Park Collision in the last few years. First, our Lincoln MKZ was rear-ended, which caused some damage to the bumper, sensors, paint, etc. The team at HP Collision did a great job on the work, completed it in a timely manner, and kept us updated along the way. The car looked perfect when it was done! And second, we noticed that some water was pooling in the trunk a few months ago and thought it might be related to the repair on the rear end of the vehicle. Michelle—who is wonderful to work with at HP Collision—got the car on the schedule very quickly to check it out. Aaron, the manager, brought the car into the facility and looked it over, before asking us to bring it back so one of his technicians could look at it more closely. He said the leak wasn't likely related to the body work, but wanted to take a closer look. After checking it out and doing a leak test, Aaron found the source of the leak, which wasn't related to the earlier repair, and told me how it could be fixed. I took care of the repair myself and the trunk has been bone dry for several weeks, even after a number of trips through the car wash and sitting out in a few rainstorms. I can't say enough about the professionalism and exemplary customer service provided by both Michelle and Aaron. If you need body work done and want to work with a great team that does things right, take your vehicle to HP Collision. The team will do an excellent job, is very easy to work with, and will—without question—stand behind their work.

I had a better experience with this shop than I have gotten from shops in the past. The price was very reasonable and they got it done quick. My car looks honestly better than before the accident. The manager Aaron kept me updated throughout the process and made sure my rental was covered. Nice job by management and the whole team. Definitely would recommend
