I totaled my car and Kyle helped me trough the entire process including making sure the insurance paid the full value not the low ball amount the offered in the beginning. When I was searching for a replacement they even did an inspection for me to make sure I wasn’t buying something that had been in a bad wreck. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing there services without a second thought. Very professional and knowledgeable.
View on GoogleStarted out great, ended up in the toilet. Let me start by saying, DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! They had my classic vehicle, a beautiful 1987 Pontiac, Fiero for well over a year. When I finally got it back it was faded and the motor compartment was dirty and oily. When I expressed my concern about the condition of my car, they told me "it was like that when you brought it in". Liars! Customer Service doesn't exist here. When they delivered my car, they surprised me with "you owe $150 for the new battery." They started it up but after turning it off It would not start back. They had to take it back to the shop, sighting the battery was down. Out of the blue, they threatened me, telling me to come and get my vehicle or I would be charged storage. When I came to retrieve my vehicle, they had removed the battery and I had to take my vehicle without even knowing if it would start. All this happened well after they had been paid by my insurance. Another thing is, my insurance sent a 2 party check to them. Somehow, they were able to cash the check without my signature at a local credit union, but that's another story. Everything about my experience here is why I'm doing this review. Skip this place and go anywhere else.
