Stay away from this place. Only reason my vehicle was there was because of warranty. Tried to say my head gasket was bad. Warranty company denied it because there is nothing wrong with the head gasket. Then wanted to charge me almost $5,000. Stay away. I still have the good head gasket. If I wouldn't have signed the papers in a haste to get my vehicle back, I would be taking then to small claims. Once again STAY AWAY. They denied it because there was nothing wrong with it. I have the estimate also. $4,756. Just like I said. Stay away people

Worst experience at a shop I have ever experienced. Do not recommend this place what so ever. I wouldn’t even trust them with a big wheel. As a young women I was talked to like I was stupid… I made it very clear that I’m pretty sure my fuel pump was the issue. My warranty covers this. I didn’t think it would be such an issue considering they said it wasn’t. My car was not moved the first 2 weeks of sitting there as they are telling me my car has no compression… but they didn’t even do the compression check at this point. The only reason I was lead to believe it was my head gasket is for a money grab. I got told I HAVE to pay $1200 for labor and other miscellaneous things in order for them to even move forward with my fuel pump. Never had a shop tell me what I HAVE to do to my car. Anyways now my dad is getting involved and long story the owners tried to call my father a lier and that we never told the shop it was my fuel pump. Well you’re the mechanic right? Why do we even have to tell you what’s wrong… that’s beyond me. I got my car towed to Taylor auto and they got my fuel pump done in A DAY!!! When I had my car towed to Brownstown auto shop they did not tell me I was going to be waiting or on a log.. nun of that. I didn’t even get paper work handed to me to sign to begin with. Overall a very sketchy shop and it’s not worth the hassle or time or money dealing with these people.

Alright, so I give these guys a round of applause for the great work they did.. I'll tell my story and you guys can decide what to think... So I bought a vehicle from George's and ended up running into some issues a few weeks after getting it.. I was worried about all this stuff and first it went to one shop but they couldn't figure out anything so it finally ended up here at this shop and it was the best thing that could of happened because these guys took the time, test drove the car and did a proper diagnosis.. they helped me with going through my warranty and was professional on every question I've asked.. I never had a vehicle that needed any major repair like this or have ever used a warranty before and let me tell you everything was perfect after they got it done and got it back to me.. it took like 3 days for them to call with the diagnostic, the the authorization from the warranty and then about another 3 days for them to fix it. But all in all I was impressed and seriously my truck shits like it's brand new.. thank God my warranty authorize the repairs and these guys got me my vehicle and back on the road.. they inspected it and did everything I asked of them.. was it pricey? Sure it was but good work don't come cheap I mean the warranty took care of me but the work was professional so if your looking for something to get done right and get the proper diagnostic with the proper fix then theses are your guys.. vehicles can be tricky sometimes but after they they did for me I'm very satisfied. Thanks again guys

Ryan is great. Very reasonable. He was upfront about the prices and what was needed to be done. If he found something else wrong, he would let me know as soon as he could. Kept me in the loop about time framing and part as much as possible. Highly recommend this shop for any mechanical needs. He just did my exhaust, power steering, and a bunch of other things. Great shop all around.

BEWARE!! This place uses cheap parts and does not provide any type of labor or part warranty. Had a fuel pump replaced on my van less than a year ago. It started malfunctioning a month later, I called BT Auto, and they refused to look at it. Told me to take it to a dealer and have them diagnose it. Now it completely failed, and I have to spend $1000 to have it replaced AGAIN. Thank goodness for a RELIABLE auto shop this time, which is providing a lifetime warranty on the part. STAY AWARE FROM HERE!
