I had an amazing experience at Perfect Tune Auto Repair and felt it was worth sharing. I brought in my 2013 Honda Civic with a damaged splash shield that was hanging loose after hitting snow this winter. The team quickly got the car up on the hoist, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road in about 15 minutes. What really stood out—they didn’t charge me anything. That level of honesty, efficiency, and kindness is rare these days. They’ve absolutely earned a permanent customer in me. The mechanic was friendly and seemed to genuinely do his best, so I appreciate that. I was frustrated at an initial misdiagnosis, which could have been avoided if my input on the car's performance had been heeded. I was also frustrated at not being given an updated estimate of cost before the work was actually started (I would have turned down the work and just paid for the diagnostic). Since the work had already been started, the right thing to do was pay for it. Communicating with the front desk was a bit difficult; information not being relayed in both directions, being told they "had it handled" when I offered my assistance starting the car (they DID need my help, and 4 days were wasted while the receptionist refused my assistance), not being called back with information/updates as promised, etc.

Someone recommended this place to me a while ago when we needed brake repair on our old minivan. They did a great job for a fair price. They kept me informed and finished the car when they promised. However, I started to have the same issue with the same caliper. Not having that much knowledge about repairing brakes, I just took it in to get it fixed and see what he had to say. Without me even having to ask them to warranty the work, they did! Didn't charge me a cent! I'm sure many other companies would argue against coverage and perhaps claim it was something else, but not Jeff. He's certainly earned my business. It's nice to know that there are still honest people who stand behind their work. If you're looking for auto repair, you should give them a call.

So lucky to have found this place. My car died nearby and had it towed here over the weekend. They were super great- called me a couple of days later and were able to fix it that day. So impressed with this place and the price was way better than others in the area. The woman on the phone was super nice and the checkout was super fast. Would highly recommend.
