Amazing place! I called them in a panic because there was a live robin stuck in my front grill. They removed him safely in 15 minutes and wouldn’t take any payment. Will definitely be back when I need service!

We take all of our vehicles to Brighton Auto Service and have always been happy with the service we receive. I love the text updates and forms that make it so easy to manage work in the middle of my busy work days. Pricing is always upfront and fair. They are great at communicating even if I’m not great at calling back ;)

This place is fantastic, I cannot say enough good things about the service. Huge shout out to Idris for working with me and my hectic schedule, with multiple vehicles! They are thorough, fair, and informative. If they find that a service does not make cost effective sense, they will let you know, lookout for your wallet, and suggest paths forward. At the least, their inspection reports are valuable data collection, especially for a diy-er. I am confident they will make sure you are safe, and get you back on the road asap. I have found this shop is dynamic and able to work on quite a variety of vehicles, including an audi a4/b8. This is significant because there are some things, like the alignment, that can be a little tricky. They have been exceptional, understanding, and affordable. They even offer financing through a couple companies. Thanks again to the brighton auto service crew, your top tier service and expertise is very appreciated!

I’ve been meaning to do this review for awhile now. My mom had a Nissan Frontier that was fully under warranty and it started having electrical problems. The dealership kept telling her that nothing was wrong and refused to help. It got to the point that it was not safely drivable and with no help from the dealership she was afraid she was going to have to get rid of it. My coworker recommended Brighton Auto Repair and I’m so glad he did. It did take a few months to fix it, but they were determined to fix it for her and they did! Not only that, but they were incredibly reasonable with what they charged. It’s been almost a year since they fixed it and it’s still running great! I am so grateful for their help in getting it fixed for her and recommend them to everyone!

From start to finish my experience was pretty awesome. I own a Escalade, and with a cadillac its hard to find good reliable service without paying an Arm, Leg, and shoulder from good service. Until I met these guys at Brighton Auto Service. I recieved Real time detailed follow ups on repair needs, cost and how I should prioritize my project(s). I Never felt pressured to rush my repair decision. I EVEN GOT A FREE LOANER!! Super rare! The Mechanic (JOSH) is nothing short of a MASTER of his craft. The service mgr./Adv. (Idris), was personable, and straight to the point with not sugar coating. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday Morning, and had back in my possession on Wednesday night. Talk about top notch Service! Good work team. I will definetly be brining my cadillac's back here.
