Horrific experience. Very shady and unethical business. My vehicle was brought here after an accident. I was delaying the adjuster from arriving so I could get there first to clean out my car & remove the roof racks before its sent to the insurance auction yard. I explained this to the desk person and said insurance would stop paying storage fees after tomorrow so I was there today to clean it/remove roof racks. He said, he could refuse to release the vehicle to them if I wanted so it would stay at his tow yard longer. I told him absolutely not, the vehicle needs to be released, I do not want to pay additional storage fees out of pocket. This was red flag #1....they were trying to keep my car longer to get extra storage fees, he said insurance cannot deny to pay them which according to the insurance letter I received, they absolutely would stop paying the fees. So this guy knows my intent, cleaning my stuff & removing roof rack. Ultimately as I'm cleaning out yhe car, a tow driver comes over and tells me i cannot clean the car and I cannot remove the roof racks. I push back, say I have rights to collect my belongings and the roof rack/cross bars are an option I paid for, they are my property and therefor I have the right to remove them. Driver argued with me then called the desk guy to come down. He arrives and tells me I'm also not allowed to do either of these things and his driver needs to go on a call and lock up the yard right now so I need yo leave. He totally flipped the script from knowing my intent to suddenly saying its no longer possible bc he wanted the driver to go make money on the call. Super shady do not leave your vehicle here, do not use their services.

Horrible customer service. The guy at the front desk is juts rude and disrespectful, on the phone he sounded like a jerk, but in person it was way worse. Nobody is happy after their car get towed and even more after a brutal accident, I know is not their job to make you feel good or anything, but not being able to be friendly and kind make the whole accident experience even worse. Having a nice person answering the phones will be a great idea for this place, I usually don’t take the time to leave a review, but this is unacceptable.

was involved in a motorcycle accident in Waltham, MA, after which my motorcycle was involuntarily towed by Waltham Auto Tow Inc. I was hospitalized in a coma and released approximately 30 days later. When I attempted to retrieve my motorcycle, I was told I owed $3,500 in towing and storage fees. I explained my medical situation and that I had no knowledge of where the motorcycle was or the ability to retrieve it. The fees were unreasonable, and I ultimately forfeited the motorcycle. Approximately nine months later, the Waltham Police Department contacted me stating that a motorcycle with my license plate had been towed for illegal parking. The motorcycle did not match the one originally towed. My license plate was improperly used by Waltham Auto Tow Inc. There is documentation showing that Waltham Auto Tow Inc towed the original motorcycle and that my license plate is in the possession of the Waltham Police Department. I was required to appear in court for this incident, and the case was dismissed. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and investigated by the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) and the Attorney General’s Office. I strongly urge others to avoid this business and encourage our city councilor to terminate the City of Waltham’s towing contract with this company. Given the volume of negative reviews, I am confident we can gather enough signatures to bring this issue to a vote at the next City Hall meeting. Yes, there is a report on this matter with the WPD. I’m not sure whether they will take action, but it’s important that someone is aware of what’s happening.

Ah, this is the most successful towing service in the world. This bearded old man has gone crazy, doesn't want to do anything and is incredibly slow, a senseless waste of money and time! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I called earlier today to try and schedule a tow at 6:30PM, but they said to call back later to request the tow. I call back at 5PM and then they said they weren't accepting any more tow requests! Unbelievable!
