My new go-to~ John is a relaxed listener and addressed every little thing on my list. His team squashed an older issue that other shops failed to fix, and a newer one that sprung up recently. They were booked out a few weeks, which I took as a good sign of repeat business and quality over quantity. First time I've ever enjoyed the convenience of a loaner car, and I only needed it for one day! My daily driver is riding as smooth a ever :D

Happen to pull in by accident to this mechanic ready to change our tire to the spare ourselves to realize we had nothing of what we needed because of the custom rims on my car. We asked for some initial help to get a bolt off which turned into us needing much more help as the 45 mins kept unfolding. John jumped right in and helped us left and right as we asked. He ended up saving the day as he had all the right tools to get us out of a sticky situation. He is the most kind and humble man, best type of energy that is hard to find in the mechanic world. He saved the day and gave us such peace and got us moving on our way. I was on my way to a doctor’s appointment when the tire blew and John made a hard situation so much better as we are an hour away from home. I only wish we lived closer so we could get regular service from this shop. Truly a wonderful shop, great man, highly recommend!
