I purchased a Groupon for front and rear brake pads. I called the morning I wanted to get them done and spoke to someone who said no problem just bring the car in at 10. I told him that I had a Groupon and what it was for (fromt amd rear pads only). I had my 80 year old father bring the car in for me because I was at work. Despite having the groupon FOR ONLY PADS, the person changed the rotors as well. They knew exactly what the appointment was for because I spoke to them an hour prior, they did the work and then they tried to charge $850! After much back and forth on the phone they reduced the price but still didn't take ownership over the fact that they did more than what I wanted! I never approved that! I paid $250 for the Groupon and then additional money on top of that that they reduced from the $850 (but was still over priced!). The point is...don't buy this Groupon unless you're planning to spend almost $1,000! They took advantage of us and I regret ever contacting them!

Beware! They changed my oil left the oil valve cap off and it has ruined my car. Now it is a TOTAL LOSS Filing with the BBB. Contacted the attorney general in addition.
