I had a wonderful experience here today! They were extremely kind, professional, and understanding. I had an emergency situation on the highway and chose to come here because of the great reviews. The reviews were right!! From the second I walked in, I was met with amazing customer service. They were able to fix my car up quickly and helped guide me for what I needed to do once I got home. I will absolutely be taking my future business here as long as I’m in the Boston area

We had a problem with the brakes on our Mazda 5 and Douglas worked to find the actual problem, which turned out to be a very expensive ($1200!) module which the dealer said was back ordered 6months. Douglas suggested that we might be able to find one online, and that he would be happy to do the work if we did. This worked out great. I found the part new for about $800 and Douglas did the repair and now the brakes are fantastic! He was super helpful with explaining everything and giving me the information I needed to find the part. We’re really happy to have found a great independent car repair shop!

Took my car in for a 2nd opinion after the dealership quoted me $650 for sway bar and stabilizer link replacement. Douglas and his team inspected it and told me none of it was actually needed. Tip was declined and Douglas just asked for an honest review. This is the kind of shop you can actually trust, they've earned a customer for life!

I’ve taken my vehicles to several shops over the years, but Douglas and his team have truly set a new standard. He’s exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. I called late in the day expecting to leave a message, but Douglas picked up right away. After explaining what I needed, he offered his expert opinion and unlike most shops that would wait until the next day he began the process immediately after our call. Throughout the service, he kept me updated with clear communication and even sent photos of the work in progress, which I’ve never experienced with any other shop. The job was completed promptly and without any upselling or unnecessary recommendations. It was refreshing to deal with someone who is honest and focused on what actually needs to be done. All in all, this was hands down the best experience I’ve had getting my vehicles serviced. I’ll absolutely be returning as a loyal customer.
