Went for a simple flat fix on 1145am on a Saturday, after calling to say I was coming with a flat to fix. It's 5-10min job tops. "Oh we close at 12 on Saturdays". Yeah I noticed it wasn't 12 yet, I can read the time. Very rude, I can't imagine trusting someone like that to touch my car. I'm sure they will cut every corner just to get out at 1145am on a Saturday.

View on GoogleYou know, we took our car to this Wallex Gulf Auto Repair Shop for a leaking coolant system before a 300+ mile road trip and paid $800ish for service. After a follow-up inspection at a Chevy dealership, 3/mo, we were frustrated to find that none of the cooling system hoses had been replaced, and the same issue persisted. Upon contacting Gulf, we learned that there is no manufacturer guarantee on parts unless the work is done at this specific shop.
View on GoogleNice guys, thorough and competent, but slow. I asked for state inspection, tire sensor replacement, and oil change, which should have taken 2-3 hours. It took 8 hours. They need better inventory management (calling ahead for parts that they knew they would need, based on my request) and their time estimate was way off. It's a gas station that needs more professional management. Would not recommend.
