I visited Sullivan’s Tire in Waltham, MA yesterday, and I just want to say that if anyone is hesitating about going there — don’t. I was treated with so much respect and kindness from the moment I arrived. Even though they were very busy, the gentleman at the front desk made time to help me. He went above and beyond to make sure my tire was fixed so I could safely make it to my destination in Framingham. I don’t remember his name, but he was incredibly attentive. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my tire and explained everything clearly. That level of care and transparency really meant a lot to me. Everyone there was friendly, respectful, and truly professional. I’m very grateful for the help I received. Highly recommend — you will be in great hands.

Dropped off my car at 2pm for an alignment that they said would be done same day and i never recieved a call from them and they left the car outside unlocked overnight knowing i had expensive parts and belongings in the car. Would not recommend this place to anyone
View on GoogleDecent tire buying and installation experience. It is imperative to do some research before and know what you want. Then, make an appointment. I think that they are quite busy and one will not have a good experience as a walk in.

View on GoogleI used to go to Newton and Watertown locations for 10 years. No issues. Both those locations did not have availability, so I purchased set of new winter tires for 2022 Mustang GT and brought it, along with Mazda 6 for tire changeover. Both car wheels were severy scratched by Sullivan tire in Waltham. I would absolutely avoid this place, if you value your wheels.
