They fixed "my baby" 🚗 back 2 NEW, now only my car is blue 🤭 AND IN NO TIME FLAT! 🚘 They OFFERED a rental! Seriously 😎👍 EVERYTHING U NEED FROM MECHANICAL TO AUTO BODY my " 1 STOP SHOP"! This place IS MY GO TO FOR QUALITY WORK! AND LITERALLY I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY GOOGLE MAPS HAS THIS PLACE RATED BY PPL AT A LESS THEN 4🌟 as of 4/2026. I'd never bring my car anywhere else !

Let me start my review by saying I’ve read through some of these negative reviews, and my experience was the complete opposite. I worked with Justin and Carlos today, and before they even started the job, I warned Justin that it was not going to be easy. Instead of refusing the job like the two tow companies before him, he said, “Let me come take a look and see if we can make it happen.” Now let’s talk about the actual job. I needed them to get my car out of an underground parking garage. The car was locked, the battery was completely dead, and because of that we couldn’t get inside to unlock the steering column or pop the hood to jump it. On top of all that, the clearance in the garage was extremely low — 6 feet 8 inches to be exact — and Justin still said, “Let’s see what we can do.” When they arrived, it was honestly like watching Transformers in real life. They actually had to lower the lights on the tow truck just to make it into the garage. Then they slowly crawled the truck into position where the car was parked. Once we got to the car, we realized the Aston Martin sat way too low to the ground to get the tow bar underneath it. Again, instead of giving up or canceling the job, Justin and Carlos figured it out. We used wood blocks and dollies to raise the front end enough to finally get the tow bar underneath. Then, because of the way the car was positioned in the garage, the tow truck had to back all the way out with almost no room to work with. Justin and Carlos worked together patiently and professionally and somehow made it happen. I honestly still have no idea how they pulled it off, but they did — and we are extremely grateful. The two tow companies before them wouldn’t even attempt the job. These guys not only attempted it, they went above and beyond multiple times to get it done. I had never met Justin or Carlos before today, so it’s not like they were helping out friends or getting special treatment. They simply showed up, worked hard, stayed professional, and refused to quit when things got difficult. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, work ethic, and determination. If you need a company willing to actually problem-solve and get the job done instead of making excuses, these are your guys.

Body work & internal work done in a quality and timely manner after a decent collision with a deer! Provided a loaner car, negotiated with insurance to get new OEM parts for the correct trim level, and dealt with issues that weren't in necessarily their wheelhouse (electrical bugs.) Very professional and communicative, highly recommend.

I’ve now been to Ramsay’s a few times for unfortunate car accidents and I am always so impressed with the work by Jason and his team! They are very timely but thorough. Highly recommend them for any work you may need!

If your seeing this you probably been towed by these scammers. Towed my car twice in a week. They patrol where I live and pick up cars daily. Disgusting
