I was in a car accident in Waltham and this is where the police had the car towed. The owners were incredibly cautious and helpful during the whole process; helping me clean out the car, take the license plates off, etc. The woman in the office was very helpful on the phone and when I was there, offering me water on a hot day. They made a part of a bad experience a lot better.

They were extremely helpful when I ended up needing body work again soon after they had worked on my car after an accident. Usually you don't want to be needing body work, but if you do end up in that position, you're going to want them helping you out!

Here we are another month later and other mechanics don’t even wanna touch the car because they’re scared by the sight of whatever this chop shop did to my front end. Avoid at all costs.
