Had an issue with my car not starting over Memorial Day weekend and reached out to Nick at Peter’s Auto Repair. Even on his day off, he told me to bring the car over and he’d take care of it. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the starter the next day, and ever since then the car has been starting up with no problems. Nick, Peter, and the whole team have always been solid with me. Good people, fair pricing, and they genuinely care about getting the job done the right way. Definitely appreciate the help and highly recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy local shop.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible service and unmatched honesty! After three weeks of getting dismissed by other shops because I didn’t know how to perfectly describe my car's issue, Nick and his dad, Peter?, were lifesavers. From the first call, he put me at ease. He actually hopped in the car with me for a ride-along so he could experience the problem firsthand, and he never made me feel stupid. He looked up recalls and showed me what I was feeling when I was driving, even taught me the correct mechanical terminology to use at the dealer so I wouldn't get ripped off. Nick and his dad run a rare, incredibly honest business. They’ve earned a customer for life! Very grateful!

Honest, family-run business. I’ve been bringing my car to Peter’s for a few years now. They are honest, trustworthy, and fairly priced. I called to get a rough idea on pricing on a repair that the dealership had quoted me $2k on, during a routine service. Nick told me to bring the car in so they could take a look if a repair was actually needed - because for the repair I was quoted for, dealerships oftentimes unnecessarily try to sell you on it. I brought the car in, they took a look and showed me what the dealership was calling ‘damaged’ - a barely existent ‘crack’ that wouldn’t cause any issues - I had been driving the car for months before bringing it to Peter’s, without any signs of issues. Thank you to Peter and his team for saving me from unnecessary, costly repair.

So kind (and women friendly!!!) couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car and came in to try and get it looked at. Peter took my concerns seriously looked at everything and figured out a simple fix and didn’t overcharge for anything. Also gave me a ride over to Alwife afterwards while the car was fixed within 24 hours.

Love this place. Randomly found it on Google after my car died in the driveway. had it towed to them and it was ready the same day. I have gone back twice since then for other issues. Service is always quick, affordable, and pleasant. I will definitely always come here as long as i live nearby!
