They cannot repair your vehicles back to its previous state. Had work done twice. The second time was to fix the first And after checking it, when I left, it was worse condition Than the first repair big gaps along the whole seam in the front, where bumper is not even fixed properly compared to vehicles at the dealership. Where the part that was fixed was completely sealed. And attached mine had huge gap, not very good work would not recommend

They took care of every step and everyone was so nice and helpful along the way. Will definitely come back in the future if we need work done :-)

View on GooglePaul’s auto body went above and beyond in repairing my car. For context, I was hit in the left rear leaving a massive dent with horrible scratches along the side. Paul’s Auto body not only restored the damage, but they made it look even better than when it started. They even did a whole clean of the interior of the car! Not only this, but they were compassionate when I got blindsided by my insurance (liberty mutual is a fraud company that goes back on their word. They said they would waive my deductible, but didn’t even though I called multiple times to confirm and have a voice recording of confirmation). In this case, Paul’s auto body listened to me and they heard my concerns and even encouraged me to not give up on fighting the claim. This whole experience showed me that this business is full of people that are thorough and caring. I will be back for sure the next time something happens and I would highly recommend them to others!
