First off, friendliest mechanic I’ve ever met. Quick service and fair pricing. I needed my struts replaced, and Juan had them done same day, even with a shop full of cars. My synthetic oil and filter change were also super competitively priced. Feels good to shop local too 😊
View on GoogleNormally don’t write reviews, but Juan really went above and beyond my expectations! My brakes rotors and pads were really worn out. I called several other places around the area and they told me that I would have to wait a week before they could even see my car. I called Juan, he took my car in and had a quote within 10 mins. The quote was half the price of nearby shops and they did my entire rotors replacement in a day. Juan was very communicative and let me know the progress of the repair via text and phone. J&J is my new auto shop, can not beat the price and service!

After making a call the day before, the lead mechanic, Juan, was able to work on my car for a mechanical issue and tire change. I was impressed by the level of service and customer care J&J Auto Service had. I felt like my vehicle was in the best hands it could be in the whole time. The same job that the dealership would have charged me was 5X the price. the job was completed in the same day I brought my vehicle in; going through the dealership, it would have taken them two months to address the issue due to backed up appointments. I am so thankful for Juan and J & J Auto Service. This work saved me more time and money then I could have ever imagined!
