This guy will let the paisanos through inspection with leaky and modified exhaust but refused to even bring me in the bay because of "bumper damage" (which a reputable inspector, even while failing me for legitimate reasons, didn't look twice at). Look at the names on the positive and negative reviews. Notice a pattern? It's not 1 to 1 but something's up here.
View on GoogleI came here for a simple radiator replacement and asked a few fair questions about the part they were using. Instead of explaining clearly and telling me what part they put in, the owner and the front desk lady called me “crazy” for wanting to know what was going into my own car. They kept saying “come back Monday” even though it was only the shop was open. Only after I pushed did they finally show me the supplier receipt which proved it wasn’t an original Subaru radiator, even though they told me it was. And they still charged me the inflated price. The work seems okay, but the attitude and lack of transparency were completely uncalled for. No customer should be insulted or shamed just for asking for honesty.
