I brought my Mercedes 560SL in for an AC issue, and I couldn’t be happier with EAS. Ken was incredibly knowledgeable about classic Benz models and took the time to explain what needed to be done. As he was fixing the AC he did correct other non AC related issues as he saw them which is greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who treats a vintage car with this level of care and respect. Highly recommend for anyone who wants their R107 or C107 in expert hands. Thank you Ken, Ed and the team

Super knowledgeable about classic Mercedes as that is most all they work on. They are a busy shop in the summer so don't expect immediate appointments depending on how much you need done, but its worth the wait for their knowledge and quality work. Since sold my classic Merc but if I ever get another this is the only place in NE I would take it. I recommend them to anyone who asks where to service a classic Merc. Also if you happen to be there waiting their lot is full of interesting and cool cars to walk around and stare at to pass the time.

Ed is not only an excellent service advisor, but also an outstanding human being. He is patient and kind, and his advice is thorough, well considered, and always on the mark. Whether I should trust him or take his advice has never been a question. As a sole parent, I bought used Mercedes for both of my daughters simply because I knew I would get trustworthy, wise counsel in caring for their cars as well. The entire team is absolutely worthy of mention also. Whether in the office or under the cars, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I take all my Benz and BMWs to these guys. Wonderful staff and great prices.

EDIT: Ed, i think you are misunderstanding. Warranty did not want it spliced, you did. Warranty wanted to replace the entire harness, as that’s how repairs are done. They were waiting for you to send them the bill, in order to provide final approval, which they would have. Don’t mislead me and the public with this “number of phone calls”, “jumping through hoops” talk. It takes dealerships and other independent shops (your competitors) two weeks MAXIMUM. Your competitors, who have expressed great satisfaction and pleasure in dealing with US Warranty Co. You are the one who wanted to splice a new socket. That is YOUR low standard. The EAS standard. The standard BELOW YOUR competitors. You didn’t refuse to splice. As a matter of fact, that is what you stated is the “right way to do it” when I came in to collect the car, after attempts to reach your business over telephone, which always resulted in no answers. Please find attached an image of the Diag sheet that you provided, the Diag sheet that explicitly states “wiring harness MUST be replaced”... The Diag sheet I received only after I requested it, because you charged me for wasting my time. Don’t lie to yourself Ed. I’m glad you’re disappointed. You should be. I visited your place of business WANTING to do business with you. Your gross incompetence gave me zero reasons to ever say anything remotely positive about your business. You are the Service Director/Partner, you should be on top of things. I never spoke to you until I came to pick up. Don’t get things twisted. Rule #1 in Business; If you don’t do it, someone else will. I don’t know why i had to book an appointment over one month in advance if it was going to sit another month before it is looked at. i gladly went right to the dealer, because $225/hour is better than this untrustworthy organization of gaslighters. don’t waste your time like i did.
