Had my F32 430i repaired at a body shop, and I’m really satisfied with the results. The work was done professionally, with great attention to detail. The paint match is perfect, the panels are aligned flawlessly—no signs of repair at all. The staff was friendly and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. If you’re looking for a reliable body shop, I highly recommend this place!
View on GoogleI am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bacon St. Auto Body. They supposedly repaired our Toyota RAV4 through insurance, but after getting the vehicle back, it became clear that very little work was actually done. The shop had our car for at least a month. As it approached the one-month mark, we had to call multiple times just to get a status update. Each time, we were told it would be ready “soon.” After several follow-ups, they finally said it was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the pickup day was rainy, so we couldn’t properly inspect the vehicle until the following day. Once we carefully looked it over, we were shocked. It appears that almost none of the insurance-approved repairs were completed. It looks like the only thing that may have been replaced was the mirror. The quality of the work is unacceptable. Since picking up the vehicle in August, we have contacted the shop multiple times to address these issues. Every time we call, we’re told “next week.” We even went in person at the end of October and were told they were too busy. It is now February, and we have received no response and no resolution. The lack of communication, accountability, and quality workmanship has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this shop based on our experience.

From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Levon was incredibly friendly, communicative, and efficient. He made the process stress-free and got the work done quickly without compromising on quality. The repair work was stellar—the car looks brand new again. You’d never know it had been damaged. On top of the excellent craftsmanship, the pricing was very fair and affordable—especially for the level of service and detail provided. Without a doubt, I’ll be bringing all of my BMWs here for any future work. Highly recommend Bacon Street Auto Body for anyone looking for quality repairs, honest service, and a shop that truly takes pride in what they do.
