As all parents want, we strived to find the safest and most reliable vehicle for our daughter’s first car. Safety always comes first and a strong second is being able to fund this perfect vehicle. Our daughter had a few vehicles in mind when we talked. This left some wiggle room in our search. Well that is the hard part, the search. At a total loss of who to talk to or where to look we were referred to Suburban Auto. Many friends and family of ours use this amazing company not just to buy vehicles but to have them serviced and repaired including antique vehicles. This was our answer and our daughter’s dream come true. Chris and his team at suburban auto took the time to understand what we were looking for and even more time to find that perfect vehicle and in our price range. Chris ensured they went through it top to bottoms to include new tires and and multiple point inspection. The time, and attention to detail spent throughout this transaction was simply amazing. My daughter has her dream car and we know it is the safest vehicle out there. She is head over heels! She is now well over a year now driving her Toyota 4 runner with ZERO issues and the biggest smile on her face! This was my first time at Suburban with my “64” Corvette Coupe and had a front end alignment and the exhaust doughnuts replaced and meet Chris and the whole experience was great! After another shop misdiagnosed my issue and left me with a car that still wasn’t safe to drive, Suburban found the real problem within an hour, fixed it correctly, and charged a very fair price. I searched for the right mechanic to care for my 1965 Gran Sport Buick and found Chris at Suburban Auto Technicians. Chris accessed what needed to be fixed , kept me informed via email and advised I could visit anytime for an update. He told me everything that he came across that needed to be updated, fixed or changed. Chris drove the car home when it was done with repairs. I took it to its first car show in years at Gillete and what a beauty it is. It ran so smooth and I got so many nice compliments on the car. My truck broke down and I brought it here. Everybody I talked to was very pleasant from the office to the technician working on my vehicle. The technician seemed very honest with the issue gave me an upfront ballpark and timeline for repair both were spot on.they fixed it quickly at a reasonable cost. Definitely would use again
