I got an inspection here last year. They entered my mileage incorrectly by over 30k. When I called I was told they were "unable" to fix the problem and offered no solutions on steps forward other than waiting until my next inspection for it to be "fixed" Edit in case anyone is wondering how to fix this issue. 1. The shop is unable to help you, even if you/they notice the problem same day. (This counts for every shop, not just this one). 2. Submit an inspection station complaint with the RMV clicking the safety option and then write the mileage discrepancy in the comments box. You can email the RMV if you want, but this is what they're going to tell you to do. IMPORTANT: Make sure you do this BEFORE you do your next inspection, even if you catch it immediately because it will show up as a problem if there's a mileage rollback. The RMV cannot do anything after the fact and it will look like fraud on the carfax. The shop likely will not know about how to fix it or help you in any way, I have no idea why.

I only have experienced good service while getting my car inspection sticker at this station . I was hesitant the last time because i am reading horror reviews but everything was fine. I had 3 cars of different years: 2022, 2018 and 2006. I have taken the 3 cars there for inspection without an issue. I am in and out in 15 minutes or so. I assume the older guys (with Eastern European/Russian? accent) sitting at the cash register are the owners. A bit dry customer service skills but still pleasant.

I'm new to the state / region, so the whole state inspection process is completely new to me. After the first two places I asked didn't do state inspections anymore (despite old reviews mentioning this), I came here where the signage was clear that they performed the inspections. I was doing this on my lunch break, hoping for everything to go smoothly. Now, the car that needed inspecting is only 1 year old and was just recently serviced by the dealership, so I didn't expect to have any issues. That being said, the speed at which they got me in (another inspection ended about 2 minutes after I pulled in) and out was truly impressive! No BS and down to business, which was exactly what I wanted. However, the absolute highlight of the experience was being greeted by and hanging out with Thunder, the shop cat. I'd gladly return for future inspections!

It is disheartening for me to write this as I have been going to service station for last almost 17 years. Lately it seems the owner has decided that he is going not give a reasonable quote and then way overcharge almost similar to what a dealer would charge and then not stand behind his work. Sorry please go somewhere else... I have already put in a dispute with my credit card company for a full refund of the horrible mess he made out of my car.

I went there for car inspection. they drove my car in and closed the door. So I didn't know what they did. After 5 minutes, they opened the door and told me the windshield wiper blade needs to be replaced. I found out that both blades are broken. Before the inspection, both blades are good. The mechanics broke the blades on purpose! Never go to this shop again.
